UHope End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This EULA is a binding agreement between you and Junaid Inam, d/b/a UHope ("Licensor") for the UHope mobile application ("Licensed Application"). This EULA supplements the Terms of Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to compliance, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. License Restrictions

• No copying, modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works
• No reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling the app or ML models
• No distributing, selling, renting, or sublicensing
• No circumventing security, authentication, or rate-limiting features
• No automated access (bots, scripts, scrapers)

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, algorithms, ML models (FastViT), UI designs, and documentation are exclusive property of the Licensor. This EULA does not convey ownership.

AI-Assisted Development

You acknowledge that AI Development Tools may have been used in creating the Licensed Application. Development methodology constitutes a proprietary trade secret. You waive all claims related to AI-assisted development, as detailed in Section 9 of the Terms of Service.

5. Third-Party Notices

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and uses Apple CloudKit for data storage. The app contains zero third-party SDKs or libraries. Built exclusively on Apple frameworks.

6. Apple EULA Requirements

• Maintenance: The Licensor is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance.
• Warranty: Provided "as is." In the event of failure, you may notify Apple for a purchase price refund. Apple has no further warranty obligation.
• Product Claims: The Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• IP Claims: The Licensor is responsible for investigating and defending IP infringement claims.
• Legal Compliance: You represent you are not in an embargoed country or on a US Government prohibited list.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple, Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA with the right to enforce it.

7. Termination

This license terminates on account deletion or terms violation. Upon termination, delete the app from all devices.
