We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The Service is built entirely on Apple's privacy-respecting infrastructure.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Account: Apple user identifier, email (relay or real), optional name. Profile: Display name, age, location (city + coordinates), bio, interests, education, job title, company. Media: Profile photo, audio clip, video, image gallery. Communications: Chat messages, read status, invite codes. Reports: Reports about other users.
2.2 Generated Automatically
- Likes, dislikes, match events, filter preferences
- Match count per hour (rate limiting), profile completion %
- On-device ML outputs: image labels (FastViT), audio transcript (Speech Recognition), moderation assessments — all processed entirely on your device

2.4 What We Do NOT Collect
- No tracking — zero advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
- No analytics SDKs — no Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel
- No ad networks — no ads or ad-related data sharing
- No third-party SDKs — 100% Apple frameworks

4. How We Use Your Data

- On-device ML insights, push notifications (messages and match events), customer support
5. Storage
All data stored in Apple CloudKit (encrypted at rest and in transit). No custom servers. On-device caches cleared on sign-out.
6. Sharing
- Other users: Profile content visible to matches; messages visible to recipients
- Apple: CloudKit, StoreKit, Sign in with Apple, push notifications
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share data with third parties for marketing
- Law enforcement: Only when compelled by valid legal process
7. Retention

8. Your Rights
GDPR (EEA/UK): Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdraw consent, lodge complaint with supervisory authority.
CCPA/CPRA (California): Right to know, delete, correct, opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), non-discrimination, limit sensitive PI (precise geolocation).
Exercise rights: In-app (edit profile, delete account), or email privacy@junaidinam.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Strictly 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. On-Device ML
FastViT image classification and Speech Recognition run entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services.
11. Security
CloudKit encryption, SHA-256 hashed identifiers, keychain-backed HMAC tamper detection, all ML on-device.
12. International Transfers
Data stored in Apple's US infrastructure. EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses apply via Apple's DPA.
