UHope DMCA and Intellectual Property Policy

1. Overview

Junaid Inam, d/b/a UHope, respects intellectual property rights. This policy outlines procedures for reporting infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a notice to our designated agent containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material with sufficient information to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A good faith statement that use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter-Notification

If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users subject to multiple valid takedown notices (without successful counter-notifications) may have their accounts terminated.

6. Trademark Complaints

For trademark infringement claims, contact legal@junaidinam.com with a description of the trademark, the infringing content, and supporting evidence.

7. Good Faith Requirement

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
